iSwim Academies swim lessons are perpetual swim lessons. Therefore, you may register for classes at anytime as long as class times are available. Reach out to our customer service representative for more information.

Taking swim lessons year round helps your swimmer stay confident and efficient in the water. Typically taking breaks in off seasons can result in swimmers regressing on there skills.

There are a few ways you can register for swim classes. You may register online through our quick and easy process or you may give us a call and we can register you over the phone or in person at our facility.

Although we may miss you and your family we understand things change. You may cancel your swim lesson classes at any time. Simply log into your customer portal and fill out our withdraw request 30 days before your desired last class date.

No problem! iSwim Academy pro-rates and only charges for the classes you are enrolled in.

Yes! iSwim Academy offers makeup classes for all of our swimmers. We offer 1 makeup class a month for 12 makeups a year per class enrolled. If unable to make it to a class, we ask that you give us a call or email prior to the start of your class. You may request a makeup class 1 week in advance and can only be used while enrolled with us. Private lessons and Semi Private lessons may only be rescheduled in a group lesson. Make up classes expire 30 days after your missed class date.

Once you enroll you will be directed to put a credit or debit card on file. iSwim academy does automatic billing on the 1st of every month.

Unfortunately, we do not offer either of these. iSwim Academy is dedicated to working with your schedule and giving makeups for classes if missed.

No! iSwim Academies lessons are perpetual swim lessons. Therefore, lessons are continual until you put in a written 30 day cancellation notice.

Yes! You may switch class times for a better suitable schedule. Our front desk associate can assist you in finding a new class day and time if available.

Not always! We will do our best to get your swimmer the same class day and time. However, if that time is not available we will work with your schedule to help find another suitable time and day.

Although it is not guaranteed that we can accommodate teacher request, we will do our best to take your request into consideration.

If your child is under the age of 3 years old or is not potty trained we require 1 disposable and 1 re-usable cloth swim diaper. The cloth swim diaper must pass the “two finger test”. If 2 fingers can be inserted in the elastic band under the legs or waist, the child will not be permitted to enter the water.

If iSwim Academy makes the decision to close for the day due to inclement weather, you will be notified via email, text, or phone call. Makeup classes will be given to those whos classes were cancelled for the day.

iSwim Academy will be closed for all major holidays. Classes will either be pro-rated for the month or a makeup class will be given.

No! As long as you return before your child’s anniversary date you will not be re-charged for the registration fee. However, the registration fee is an annual fee and your anniversary date does not change even if a break is taken in the middle of the year.

When enrolled in classes you will have an option on the parent portal to submit a drop request. iSwim Academy asks for a 30 day cancellation notice. 

iSwim Academy has highly trained swim instructors  that are trained to reassure and motivate swimmers by building trust to ease him or her into this new experience.
